Service privacy notice for the Zilco platform, operated by SIGNITIVE SRL. Zilco is controller for account data and processor for catalog data and visitor conversations. Sub-processors: OpenAI (assistant replies and embeddings), Cloudflare (hosting, CDN, security), and an email delivery provider. Customer catalog data and visitor conversations are not used for AI model training. The widget sets no cookies but stores a 7-day session pointer in browser local storage.
